How do I return my order on

The orders can be returned to Confidence Clothing by contacting the customer service and getting the return authorization. Without return authorization, we will not accept any returns/exchanges. For any exchanges or returns you have 3 days, from the date of receipt of the order, to contact the customer service. If the product is defective, you have 30 days to return the product. Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can modify the size, colour or shipping address of your order, by contacting our customer support team. Our customer care associates can modify your order if you contact us before we have processed the order.


I received a defective product!

This happens very rarely. But if you do receive a defective product, please inform us within 30 days of receiving the parcel by sending e-mail at We will refund the amount you paid or give you an exchange of the product at no cost to you.
