Confidence Clothing’s Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on condidenceclothing.com within 3 days of the receipt. In case of returns, we will credit the amount paid for the products to the account that was used to make the original transaction. An exchange of the product is subject to availability of the item in our stock. A request needs to be placed for return or exchange by calling the customer service number. 

 

For returning the product, you have two options:

  • You can ask for a reverse pick up, if the service is available at your location.
  • You can also courier the product to us and share the tracking details and a scanned copy of the courier receipt, as soon as it is couriered.

 

The following rules apply to this policy:

  • Incase of a defect in the items purchased, the item can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt provided you are able to produce the original bill receipt. In any other case you have to return or exchange the items within 3 days of the receipt.
  • We do not accept return or exchange requests for innerwear, socks and free items
  • You can modify the size, colour or shipping address of your order, subject to the availability of the order, by contacting our customer support team. Our customer care associates can modify your order if you contact us before we have processed it.
  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags, invoice or order details, warranty cards, return/ exchange ID and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
  • If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
